Las bacterias presentes en el intestino delgado de los pacientes con EC poseen 7a deshidroxilasa que puede generar deoxicolato a partir de los colatos (forty nine,50). La formación de estos cálculos se atribuye a que la bilis contiene una gran cantidad de bilirrubina (43 Xantelasma que es en realidad). En la CU, la amiloidosis es rara (67) y su frecuencia es diez veces menor que en la EC (0,07 (sixty two,65,sixty eight,69).
Otras veces lo que domina es el cuadro de colestasis (207), unas veces simple, sin necrosis celulares, pero otras con elevación de las transaminasas (215) puramente biliares por lesiones de los conductos biliares (216). Es una tiopurina análoga a algunas purinas naturales que deriva de la azotiopurina y que es empleada en el tratamiento de las leucemias y ocasionalmente en el de la EII. Su hepatotoxicidad es superior a la de la azatioprina, se presenta en el 6 al 40
e los pacientes que la reciben (219) y se debe contar con ella cuando la dosis empleada supere los 2,5 mg/kg (220,221). B.Hepatitis Crónica: Es la enfermedad inflamatoria crónica no resulta en un periodo de 6 meses.
Durante los últimos años se ha redescubierto la esteatohepatitis no alcohólica, que sería la 5° causa de DHC, y que cada día aumenta más en frecuencia, disminuyendo así los DHC que hasta entonces habían sido considerados como criptogenicos. La cirrosis hepática es la primera causa de muerte en hombres entre 40 y 60 años, por delante de la enfermedad coronari,a y es la quinta causa de muerte en la población adulta (5-6
Aunque no disponemos de estudios específicamente diseñados para valorar el papel del abuso alcohólico, es muy unbelievable que las lesiones sean consecuencia de ello. Los pacientes suelen estar suficientemente concienciados y preocupados por su enfermedad como para que tan frecuentemente estén consumiendo de forma oculta tales cantidades de alcohol. Son fármacos que pueden provocar EGHNA (15,16) y cuyo empleo es frecuente en los pacientes con EII grave. Sin embargo, también se ha hallado en enfermos con EII que no tomaban corticosteroides. La desnutrición es un factor muy relacionado con la degeneración grasa de los hepatocitos.
Esta enfermedad puede afectar a personas de cualquier edad, pero lo más frecuente es que se presente en hombres menores de 45 años (60-75 A pesar de estas evidencias, no es probable que estas células puedan actuar como presentadoras de antígenos, ya que por sí solas no pueden activar a los linfocitos (126). Por el contrario, cuando existe EII, es frecuente que se llegue al diagnóstico cuando la enfermedad hepática se encuentra en fase subclínica y las únicas manifestaciones son de índole analítica, en concreto, existen alteraciones de las pruebas hepáticas. Es decir, consisten en elevaciones de la fosfatasa alcalina, en ocasiones muy marcadas.
